Happy Tuesday!
So today let's "lift up and in" and get "light in our loafers".
Try to walk softly, always lifting up and in and feel as though your center (transverse abdominals, obliques, rectus abdominals) is holding you upright, rather than your legs and upper back.
Try it and when you hold on to your tummy muscles you are toning.....anytime you want!!
Float like a butterfly!!
