So today we know that being centered is the only way to fly...in our work, in our play, in our lives, in our Mind, and In Our Bodies!! 

Why not put as much thought in our fitness moves as we do in our work?   Making sure all the i's are dotted and the t's crossed....thinking about the sequence of each and every part of our body that we initiate to create each and every exercise move. 
That's when we really get fit......when we are concentrating and centering.
